Fees
I offer a free 30 minute initial session.
Further sessions will be:
£70 per hour for individuals
£160 per session for couples
Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer in advance.
Session times and Cancellations
Sessions are a full 60 minutes. (90 mins for coupes)
Please arrive on time as sessions can not be extended or discounted due to late arrival.
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours prior to appointment. Full payment will be required for no-shows or late cancellations.

Psychotherapy is a confidential, therapeutic relationship, built on trust. It is a unique space where you can feel safe to discuss, explore and work through feelings and issues that are negatively affecting your life.
A good relationship between client and therapist
is considered to be the base from which all therapeutic work takes place.
It is, therefore, vital that both client and therapist are happy to work together.
This is why I offer a free 30-minute session for all potential clients, to give us both the chance to see if we are right for each other, and for me to answer any questions you may have about counselling.
I work within a defined code of ethics and guidelines with a commitment to continue with professional development.
